What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges.
Therefore will be a final sale.
When do you do refunds?
We only do refunds if your package has been sent back to us due to your address not being correct and will refund you back the total of the items that you've purchased before shipping was added. We do not refund back your shipping cost in a situation like that.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've place your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we've already started processing your order.
I own a business. Can I place a wholesale order?
Sorry, as of right now we're currently not offering any wholesale on our products. In the near future, we are hoping to do wholesale.

We HIGHLY recommend to do a small patch test for any allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products.
While the products don't have a formal expiration date, we suggest it to be used within 7-12 months after opening for best product quality.
